@bt_uk That’s been done & followed up by my brother - 1 hour on the phone last night chasing up for a time slot for an engineer to visit. What other steps can BT take to get this resolved? To-date, it’s us who’s putting in all the time & effort with nothing in return from the provider.

@bt_uk for 6 days my 86 yr old mum has no landline/internet My brother has tried to resolve this with a BT engineer visit spending hrs on the phone. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.
