How Propagandists Fabricated Flag on Face Controversy —

1. A controversy was fabricated by certain elements saying that a girl was denied entry to Darbar Sahib because she had a flag tattooed on her face.

2. Asking to remove such tattoos and come as a humble devotee would have been a correct measure to be taken by a Sewadar at Darbar Sahib, BUT

3. Video evidence shows that there were no flag tattoos on her face when that girl was guided by Sewadar.

4. She was wearing a short skirt and Sewadar told her that she should dress in full to visit Darbar Sahib keeping in view the “Maryada”.

5. Instead of following the guidelines she, and her companions, engaged into unnecessary arguments with the Sewadar and then put video on social media along with a photograph of girl spotting a tricolour tattoo on her face.

6. They way a propaganda and troll army engaged in this case and forged a minor issue into a big controversy, points towards a well thought design.

8. In last post I had cautioned that this is a deliberate attempt to put Sikh holy places into controversy and biased social media teams with large numbers of fake and propaganda handles are behind it.

9. In attached screenshot and Video clip you may see that there was no flag tattoo on girls’ face.

10. Photo of girl with flag tattoo on her face was posted on social media just to create a fire a fake controversy.

11. A blind wave of hateful nationalistic propaganda was unleashed against Sikhs after this controversy.

12. This malicious attempt should be condemned in strong words.

13. Notably, Sewadar would be justified in asking a visitor to wash his/her face if they come with any kind of symbol tattooed on their face, be it flag or anything else. Darbar Sahib is a place of faith and devotion and all are welcome here, and they must respect the “maryada”.
