Today marks 1 year since my cousin’s death. A year in which our family have battled a system which is fundamentally stacked against us.

Yesterday marked 2 months since Anugrah's passing.
Our family are so grateful for all the support and love we have received. We could not do this alone. We ask that you continue to share our story and donate towards legal and campaign costs if you are able to.
The family of a trainee policeman who tragically took his own life after being bullied on a work placement at Halifax police station say he was “treated like a criminal” by officers who searched for him after he was reported missing. RIP Anugrah Abraham 🙏🏾 https://t.co/fnvcb0dPcf
I wrote an article for @ExploreWellcome on the sensory experience of Blythe House. Beautifully illustrated by some of @KevPPhoto's images. Hope we have captured something of the place as its closure edges ever closer...

Yesterday we buried my baby cousin, Anu Abraham.
Anu was a 21 y/o student police officer. He took his own life on 3rd March.
Our family want to make clear: we feel the institutionally racist culture & bullying he experienced, killed him.
More from @KidsOfColourHQ:
Friends, I am asking for support, for strength, and for solidarity. Keep us in you hearts, share Anu’s story and, if you are able, please donate to our campaign and funeral costs.

This year, I've been offered a place for a two-year Masters in Creative Writing at Cambridge

Can you help me cover the £16k tuition fees?
