The way @VirginHolidays @VirginAtlantic have dealt with their customers gets me mad every time I think about it, seriously. After waiting since May for my refund I finally receive it and there’s nearly £3000 missing. 🤨

Getting soooo excited only 11 days to go now until my 90 day then changed to 120 day wait for my @VirginAtlantic refund... unless they change it again...wonder how much £ interest they’ve managed to make on withholding customers funds.. 🤔
