East Community Nursing team having a meditation session led by our lovely Hannah. A wonderful 10 minutes to just stop and be in the moment amongst the chaos. Hannah always looking after staff wellbeing ❤️ @livewellsw

I have never felt more appreciated in nursing like I have in 9 months of community. The team, the management, the patients and their families sending such lovely messages honestly is such a moral boost. I truly feel like I landed on my feet 🥹❤️
I can’t tell you how insanely proud I am of you em. Life threw you every curveball possible and you still came out with your pin, which shows how dedicated you are. You were an amazing student and you’ll be an even better nurse 🫶🏼 cheers to you em 🥂
My grandad had a cardiac arrest in the corridor and died. This was not a failure of the amazing team who tried to get him back for us🫶🏼
this is a failure of the system, staffing levels, hospital beds, lack of primary care support preventing discharge. Change needs to happen 💪🏼
There is now a single phone number if you or a loved one ever need urgent support in a mental health crisis📱

Megan is an absolute ASSET to our team. As a preceptee, having someone with such advanced knowledge to escalate complex patients to is so valuable. DNSP’s are wonderful ❤️
I’ve always said it doesn’t matter where you work but the team that you work with.
However, I have to say I love where I work and the team. 7 months qualified and fast approaching the end of my preceptee programme 🫶🏼
