People who plead *guilty* to violent disorder at their first appearance can be sentenced quickly.

People who have *not been convicted* cannot be sentenced. For anything. Because they are still not guilty.

@DrNatOsborne @AdamCSchembri I’ve been in schools where this has happened to teachers. Football referees in the upper leagues are also put on a ‘merit list’ that was always shared with them in the past, not sure if that’s changed recently.
