Esmir Bajraktarević should seriously consider leaving PSV before the end of August if the situation doesn’t improve, which unfortunately doesn’t seem likely at this point. The fact that he is getting more minutes for Jong PSV than for the first team makes absolutely no sense.

He has been at PSV for a year and a half now and has barely been given the chance to start 2–3 games in a row for the first team, unless other players were injured. It certainly can’t be about quality, because Esmir has long had the ability to be a regular starter for PSV.

What Bosz is doing with him is honestly incredibly disrespectful and frustrating. Esmir needs to seriously think about his situation and explore every possible option before the transfer window closes. At this stage of his development, he needs regular first-team football, not another season of being stuck between the first team and Jong PSV.
