We haven't had any Internet connection for around two and half days. We are in Darlington, County Durham. When looking doesn't state what or when will be back to normal, any update on this? @virginmedia

@virginmedia Trying to even reach the Virgin site is timing out constantly, it's like dial up speed. And I can't even do a speed test at as the speed doesn't even register. So no unable to check or call at the moment 😞

@virginmedia Will try however using a friends data to even post this, as our house has used all their package data from their various tarrifs, after not having Internet for three days checking and retesting 😞
