@ZARA@ZARA_Care I have been trying to contact your support team on the app, three times as a matter of fact, Instagram and on WhatsApp and I have been ignored each time. My parcel was delivered to the wrong location yesterday and was stolen/is gone missing. I need an agent.

@vivekkongot@AirCanada I found them quicker on Facebook messenger. I would still message them on both platforms to see who responds first. This morning they responded within the half hour on messenger.
@AirCanada Update: I have been moved to an Air France flight for 19th of August. If you are struggling to contact AC, try messaging them on here or Facebook messenger, as I found that quicker for my situation.
@vivekkongot@AirCanada I’m not sure. I managed to speak to someone on DM’s here and on Facebook messenger and they’re now AGAIN giving me other airline options. I think at this stage I’d rather fly with another airline rather than have this uncertainty.
@AerLingus Who can I contact from your company about items that were stolen out of my luggage when it was delayed in @DublinAirport? As I got my (broken) suitcase delivered with missing items, including my AirTag (where I can see the address it was left at).
