Was possibly the equivalent of 3tbl spoons of it. 😅😅

When I was on the maternity ward I got banging food morning noon and night.
Today I'm in for minor surgery so wasn't allowed to eat past 6:30am... got told I'd get something to eat about 5ish (no one came round ask asked what I'd like) a tray of food was popped down in front....
