@eddiehulme There is clips in it from 16/5, 3 days prior to my Grandads admission. He sat in ARA for approx 16 hours, not 20 mins. Was in a&e over 36 hours in total. Ridiculous. Then had a very unsafe discharge

@tfwrail - 2 carriages on a Saturday a'noon train to Bangor... crazy! All those who willing to push, to have their beers sat down,get a seat,those who need one such as my 3 year old get the floor by the loo & no help at all from staff on the platform getting a pram on the train!
