Secretary Rubio just REVOKED the legal status of a convicted sexual predator who was pardoned by Governor Tim Walz.

A Laotian national named Tou Lue Vang was convicted in Minnesota of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl.

He was supposed to be deported, until Tim Walz pardoned him.
