@Kimble_Bent @danwootton If you are desperate to prove him wrong then technically yes… but the whole journey from arriving at the UK airport to arriving at NZ airport is anything from 30 hours+.

I have made the journey a lot of times and consider the whole journey as my travel time.

@Kimble_Bent @danwootton The actual flying time may be 24 hours but from the start of the 3 hours for check in and the stopover then going through customs, passport control it is 30 hours. Thats without the travel to and from the airports.

@danwootton I too have done many fights to NZ and back. Stopped at loads of different cities around the world…
No matter which way you go it is a hellish trip. Even up the front of the plane..
but once you’re there in the sunshine with your loved ones… it is all worth it. Enjoy. ☺️

@wynrosei My sisters and I lost our dad a few years ago. We have lots of friends who have also. So we say that we’re in the DDC… Dead Dad Club.
It’s not for everyone but it lightens the mood sometimes. 💙
