6 months ago, my Nan fell over and sustained lateral clavicle and pubic rami fractures. She was D/C home with QDS care, downstairs living and mobile with a WZF.
Today, she’s back dancing 3 x a week and running after her grandson on the beach.
Well its a official. It’s never too late to get moving is it 💪🏽😀 Mary is 100 years old today and still going strong. She did the workouts with us during lockdown and she still keeps up her fitness with my senior workouts on YouTube every week❤️ RT if this inspires you 🙌🏽

The higher the risk of hospital acquired harm
Getting patients home is not just about "freeing beds" it's about giving them support in the right place and keeping them well. Keeping them in hospital longer than necessary adds to risks of harm
