@virginmedia I already have done so several times and cannot tell me what the issue is after several hard resets and checking the hub settings

@virginmedia Have done this and still no nearer finding out if there are issues in area 14 , fed up with this rubbish service . I have checked my speed and it is 0.67mps a second . We are paying for 100mps a second . I don’t call that value for money

@virginmedia Only to upgrade our hub which we didn’t do yet , we have it . Do you think it is the hub that is not working? All the lights are on and showing it is working but not connecting
