@CaraLisette So many things - but for BMI to stop being used as a criteria to access treatment in the first place would be a huge step. Also better understanding and support for ED related health issues (fertility, pregnancy, bone health etc) and the many manifestations of disordered eating

@CaraLisette Also more generally language, and the language we use to talk about bodies and food and movement - praising weight loss, praising daintiness, praising endurance training, ‘go hard or go home’, ‘being good’ with food, ‘cheat meals’ etc - such associative language
