I asked for the account to be closed only to be told that I need to go with Edward to close the account. They wouldn't give me details of Edward either. If you are Edward and you bank with KCB and you are the husband I was assigned please reach out to me.

@KCBGroup I went to check my kid's account at the Kencom branch only to be surprised that a man was a signatory on the account. A man I do not know by the name Edward. Am a single mom & I've never dated an Edward ever. Did the bank give me a husband but failed to introduce us?
