@RolandAuberger@cybathlon @HEIAFR Thanks! We use a small axial piston pump of 0.076 cm3/rev. But we are not happy with it because it is very noisy. We are considering swithcing to a gear pump.
@RolandAuberger@cybathlon @HEIAFR The design you see is the servo-actuator "only". It is supplied with a power pack currently under development : battery + dc motor + pump carried in a backpack. There we have indeed a direct drive. between pump & dc motor. Did I get your answer correctly? Max pressure is 250bar.
@aisaacmx@cybathlon @HEIAFR Thanks for comment and question! We perform the test with a constant pressure supply (160 bar) and optimally tuned control parameters. The hydraulic channels in the 3D printed block are slightly smaller in diameter but shorter and smoother so that we expect very small difference.
