I started my cohort-based mentorship program in 2021, and over the past five years, it has grown into a platform for building talent, developing skills, and creating real opportunities for people to thrive in Cybersecurity.

What stands out most is the ripple effect, many mentees have gone on to mentor and train others, multiplying the impact of the program. I know some people who are currently in Senior Cybersecurity roles within and outside Nigeria.

This is my contribution to strengthening the Cybersecurity talent pipeline, creating not just skilled professionals, but a community that continues to grow, give back, and elevate others.
