Claude has 4 models.
Most people are using the wrong one for the job.
Here’s the simple rule I use:
→ Haiku 4.5 = speed
Quick answers, simple tasks, minimal tokens.
→ Sonnet 5 = everyday work
Writing, coding, research, and most normal tasks.
→ Opus 5 = deep work
Complex reasoning, multi-step projects, agents, and serious problem-solving.
→ Fable 5 = hardest problems
Deep research, strategic decisions, and tasks where you need maximum reasoning.
The mistake?
Using Fable for everything.
You’ll burn through tokens for work that Sonnet or Haiku could handle easily.
My workflow:
Simple → Haiku
Normal → Sonnet
Complex → Opus
Extremely difficult → Fable
Use the smallest model that can reliably do the job.
If you were starting an AI startup from $0 today:
Would you build a product first or find the customer first?
I'm genuinely curious what founders would choose.
#AI#AIStartup#Founders#Startups#Entrepreneurship
AI agents are getting better.
But giving an agent more autonomy doesn't automatically make your business better.
Sometimes the smartest automation is knowing where human judgment stays.
#AI#AIAgents#Startups#Founders#Automation
Imagine giving a solo founder the AI tools of a 50-person startup.
What would you build?
That's the question I'm more interested in than “Will AI replace jobs?”
#AI#Founders#Startups#FutureOfWork#Innovation
The barrier to building software keeps getting lower.
The barrier to getting someone's attention doesn't.
That's why distribution, positioning and customer understanding matter more than ever.
Founders, agree or disagree?

Founders:
would you rather build a $10M company with AI…
or build a $100M company without it?
What matters more:
the technology or the business?
#AI#Founders#Startups#Business#Entrepreneurship
The real AI advantage isn't:
“We have access to the latest model.”
Everyone can get access.
The advantage is what you've built around it.
#AI#Startups#AIStartup#Founders#Technology
If your AI startup needs 20 people to do what another startup does with 5…
you may not have a hiring problem.
You may have a workflow problem.
#AI#AIStartup#Startups#Founders#Automation
Unpopular opinion:
Most AI startups don't need more features.
They need more customers using the features they already built.
#AI#Startups#SaaS#Founders#Product
AI lowered the cost of starting a company.
Which means competition is going up.
So your idea doesn't need to be “AI-powered.”
It needs to be hard to ignore.
#AI#Startups#Founders#Business#Innovation
Founders are obsessed with building faster.
Maybe the bigger advantage is knowing what not to build.
AI can give you speed.
It can't give you judgment.
#AI#Founders#Startups#Product#Entrepreneurship
The next great AI startup probably won't win because it has the smartest model.
It'll win because it understands one painful problem better than everyone else.
#AI#AIStartup#Startups#Founders#Entrepreneurship
“We use AI”
isn't a startup differentiator anymore.
Everyone does.
The interesting question is:
What does AI let you do that competitors can't?
#AI#AIStartup#Founders#Startups#Innovation
Save this one.
There are thousands of AI tools out there, but you don't need all of them.
You need the right tool for the right job.
From AI assistants and writing to image generation, video, audio, analytics, automation, coding, and marketing — this cheat sheet gives you a starting point.
Don't try everything at once.
Pick one tool that solves a real problem, master it, then level up.
Save this for your next project. ♻️
