If you are struggling with staying disciplined then it means you are going against your own rules sometimes,
Create Consequences for your Bad Behavior

Add consequences like:👇

If you overtrade 👉 no trading next day
If you revenge trade 👉 reduce lot size for a week
If you break risk rules 👉 i won't eat for the next 24hrs

If there are no sanctions, humans find it hard to follow rules...

And also Journal Your Mistakes (Not Just Trades)

Most traders journal entries and exits, that’s just the basics
