The worst customer service in Rwanda is SP Petrol Stations. Kabuga filling stations has 12 pumps, six attendants and three vehicles waiting to be filled one being filled and 11 pumps idle! It’s absurd!

@SGahamanyi If you need to justify the existence of tribe is Kivu you’ve got to trace language origin and linguistic groupings, community migratory patterns and time stamps before you draw harebrained conclusions! Which language is Kivu? What does it mean?
