“This is how a leader should speak in time like this. This right here. I hope to hear other political leaders come out openly and condemn it and make appropriate actions to stop it.”

Truth is bitter: We northerners have failed this country I swear it. For too long, we have refused to confront the insecurity ravaging our land. Yet now, God has sent Verybackman to fight on our behalf in Abuja, doing what we were supposed to have done ourselves.
As insecurity continues to escalate across Northern Nigeria, some celebrities are flocking to Abuja to show support for the president.

Peter Obi Is Just Another Buhari. Nigeria’s Problem Is the System — Media Personality, Babasola Kuti
Media personality, Sola Kuti has argued that Nigeria’s challenges go beyond individual leaders, insisting that the country’s political system is the real problem.
Speaking during a discussion on Nigerian politics, Kuti compared former presidential candidate Peter Obi to late former President Muhammadu Buhari, saying many Nigerians may be placing unrealistic expectations on Obi just as they once did with Buhari.
According to him, Buhari was heavily celebrated before assuming office, with many believing he would tackle corruption and put the country on the right path, but his administration ultimately failed to meet those expectations.
“Peter Obi, for me, is just another Buhari,” Kuti said.
He maintained that even a well-intentioned leader would struggle to succeed within a dysfunctional system, arguing that powerful interests and entrenched structures often limit what elected officials can achieve once they get into office.
“The point that I’m trying to make… is that the system, if the system is broken, there’s nothing you can do when you get there,” he stated.
Kuti further questioned how Buhari, whom many viewed as a principled individual, was unable to achieve meaningful reforms despite occupying the nation’s highest office.
“No matter how much I didn’t like Buhari… I realized that a soul like him with such principles, in quotes, could go into government and achieve absolutely nothing,” he said.
According to Kuti, Nigeria’s political problems are rooted in the structure of governance itself rather than the personalities occupying leadership positions
