The previous owner of this 2016 Lexus ES 350 in the U.S. left a handwritten note for the next owner. He called it "THE BEST CAR I'VE EVER OWNED" and even included maintenance records, oil service recommendations, and paint care/buffing tips to help keep it in top condition. This is the kind of history we love to see when sourcing cars for our clients. The car has just 80,000 miles and has clearly been well cared for.

Education is not a scam. If anyone says otherwise, just knock sense into their head. I was invited to a naming ceremony today by my neighbor, who is a professor. He knows I’m a farmer, but more importantly, he knows my value. He seated me at the same table with his friends..medical doctors, engineers, lawyers, and other top professionals. As we introduced ourselves, I simply said, “I’m a farmer.” The atmosphere changed instantly. You could tell some of them had already formed an opinion. One person even tried to cut me off while I was talking, but I wasn’t having it..I finished what I wanted to say. Then someone said, “You’re not just a farmer. You talk like a businessman.” They asked me to prove it, so I showed them videos of my farm and told them to check me out on Twitter/X. That was when everything changed. Suddenly, they were talking about wanting to go into farming. Some admitted they had idle land they had never put to use. They started asking questions, trying to get my attention, and even invited me to join their club. I politely declined. I told them I’m a professional, and if they needed my expertise, they should book an appointment with me. The look on their faces? Priceless. 😄

Apart from my pig farm, there’s one crop that completely changed the way I see farming..that’s cucumber. Now I understand why many farmers refuse to stop growing it. I planted it on just one plot of land. In 45 days, it was ready. After that, I harvested every 4 days for about 2 months. At the end of the season, I harvested about 120 bags and sold each for N15k. That’s N1.8m in sales from a single plot. Sounds exciting, right? But let me warn you… Don’t venture into cucumber farming just because of this post. Without the right knowledge, cucumber farming will humble you. It demands proper timing, irrigation, pest and disease control, and consistent management. It’s one of the few crops that can make you money very fast… or make you go broke just as fast. In agriculture, knowledge is more valuable than land. Video was captured with my cctv camera

Funny career huh? I spent 4 years in Unilorin studying Industrial Chemistry, hence, Industrial Chemist I went to school of banking, worked in a bank (I.T) and aced the CIBN examinations, hence, Chartered Banker. Worked on many projects on the job as a Project Manager, Co-Project Manager, Tester and other roles, hence, Project Manager. I hold the SCRUM Master certification because I’ve worked mostly in Agile environments. Also hold a certification in Business Analysis, Certified BA-Professional. I have a Masters in Computing from a UK university. Love to write - Writer Love football more than women - Football Lover Currently work as a Senior Applications Analyst, Dynamics CRM is the core I manage and do development works on at the moment. I’ve also managed some applications in my bank days too. What did I miss? Transitioning? I didn’t have a clear path so I can’t share a personal experience, but I work with loads of people to get jobs, so I’d advise you to start small, and climb the ladder. If you want to go into projects, start from admin roles, take on tasks, prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, note action items…funny enough, these are things a PM does. You can then learn on the job, check internal roles, shadow project teams internally if possible, apply to some project support roles, take courses to bolster your chances, etc. If you want to go into Software Engineering, start learning from w3 schools (https://t.co/b6pm4qw7cu), every language you want to learn is there, take free gigs, do free jobs, look for entry level roles, that’s how you transition. There’s no one-stop-shop advice for all, just work your way up, that’s the summary. Experience is key. Know when to leave also.

I went to school of banking, worked in a bank (I.T) and aced the CIBN examinations, hence, Chartered Banker.

Worked on many projects on the job as a Project Manager, Co-Project Manager, Tester and other roles, hence, Project Manager.

I hold the SCRUM Master certification because I’ve worked mostly in Agile environments.

Also hold a certification in Business Analysis, Certified BA-Professional.

I have a Masters in Computing from a UK university.

Currently work as a Senior Applications Analyst, Dynamics CRM is the core I manage and do development works on at the moment. I’ve also managed some applications in my bank days too.

Transitioning?
I didn’t have a clear path so I can’t share a personal experience, but I work with loads of people to get jobs, so I’d advise you to start small, and climb the ladder.

If you want to go into projects, start from admin roles, take on tasks, prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, note action items…funny enough, these are things a PM does. You can then learn on the job, check internal roles, shadow project teams internally if possible, apply to some project support roles, take courses to bolster your chances, etc.

If you want to go into Software Engineering, start learning from w3 schools (https://t.co/b6pm4qw7cu), every language you want to learn is there, take free gigs, do free jobs, look for entry level roles, that’s how you transition.

There’s no one-stop-shop advice for all, just work your way up, that’s the summary. Experience is key. Know when to leave also.
