You advertise scholarships, then after applying you still see $384, $90/quarter or $34/month. Is the scholarship already deducted or not?

Nobody wants to pay the application fee only to discover they can’t afford the tuition. Just be transparent from the start.

Most applicants won’t really know this and also the application fee is like non refundable.
