The newly elected Kabale District Youth Council leaders have been challenged to become agents of socio-economic transformation by engaging in income-generating projects, upholding integrity, and providing effective leadership to fellow youth.

The call was made during the swearing-in ceremony of the 45-member Kabale District Youth Council held at the Kabale District Council Hall. The council comprises three representatives from each of the district's 15 sub-counties. The leaders were sworn in by Principal Magistrate Isaac Rukundo.
