@SkyHelpTeam I was without broadband for 18 days, and as per your policy should be entitled to £9.33 a day - £167 in total. When will my account be credited please? The outage was on 14th Feb for 18 days. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam day 7 of no internet. Apparently the area outage is fixed. My internet is still down and my open reach box has a permanent red LOS lit up. Have tired to reset. Losing the will to live now!

@EastMidRailway bought a ticket from hykeham to Lincoln today at 1224. Train delayed 15 minutes and when the train got to the station we were all denied boarding as it was at capacity. I have tried to claim a refund but you want an admin fee deduction of £1. Can you help?
