Here’s d truth. I’m a 3+ mom w/ 2 kids. Liked BTS since 2015 but not hardcore fans yet. Fell into depression in early 2018 but @BTS_twt help me got through it with their music & now I’m a proud #ARMY!I don’t care what my peers said about me.When I was suicidal they’re not there.

@meinmokhtar What I learn from my psychiatrist, if there’s no physical medical issue & this continues on, better get a mental health checkup. There might be an underlying condition.

Aku ada staff sorang ni baru masuk Isnin hari tu. Aku suruh dia setelkan training dengan settle down dalam company dulu minggu ni. Kira macam honeymoon la dulu, company baru kan. Hari ni dia komplen kat aku suruh bagi dia kerja, dia tak tahan dah tak buat kerja 4 hari 😂

@nazu2308 Both my past, current & next position are newly created role. I think it was/is so fun that I get to pioneer everything. It is also a very good learning opportunity. A very steep ones but very beneficial. You get to master everything quickly & move on to better roles 👍🏻👍🏻

Persetankan nama position tu. It's meaningless. Banks and GLCs love to name their positions as something very grand. Padahal senior executive je. Go for the money instead of position.

@Amrlamnnn What is the onboarding plan? Biasanya onboarding plan 2weeks - 1 month. Kalau dah habis onboarding masih blur lagi mungkin dia yg masalah. Tapi kalau onboarding pun takde, mungkin company/manager yg masalahnya

Recovery road will be long & bumpy with lots of relapse. Please find proper support system. You’ll gonna need it.

@frinazhar All in all 6 months kot baru dpt proper treatment after diagnose with MDD, Borderline Personality Disorder & Panic Attack. Itu pun cepat sbb ada suicidal tendency plus pregnant at the same time.

So yeah.. not easy getting psychiatric help with govt clinic/hospital..

@frinazhar Then buat blood test utk thyroid tu semua plus ECG. Then dtg blk baru jumpa psychiatry. Few appointments baru dpt diagnosis & dapat ubat. Tu pun diagnosis berubah2 based on condition & all. At the same time kena buat CBT dgn Psychoterapist..
