@floistinyflower I tried really hard to lose weight before my wedding. Ate very well (for me) and didn’t cheat, was exercising etc 100% was calorie deficit and at a loss for why I was GAINING weight. I had just stopped using bc and apparently I had over 100 cysts on my ovaries. Go look up PCOS
