@macmillancancer have released an important toolkit on "Cancer and Domestic Abuse" . Link here: https://t.co/KYAqo9ewzx
Very disappointing therefore to read the minimisation/deflection of 750,000 male victims of domestic abuse below. This should not be still happening in 2024.
Just been to @StarbucksDis_Sp tonight, and my daughter had a bacon sandwich for $5.45 + tax ๐ณ Are you serious?? In a @DisneySprings food outlet, this is terrible!!
@PeteOlusoga I hate to say this, but my favourite songs to drive to are heavily influenced by my mood. Angry? Got one! Melancholy? Got one! Soppy? Yep! Happy? Totally! Reminiscent of younger days? Oh thatโs a list!
What kind of mood do you think youโll be in? ๐ค๐
[1/3]ย How good is your child at repeating sentences? We are trying to know more about the language skills of children by just asking them to repeat a few sentences.
We are proud to launch our new report on Behaviour and Mental Health in Schools!
This follows a year-long inquiry into behaviour and mental health, where we spoke to hundreds of young people, parents and professionals.
So, what did we find? ๐งต๐

@NPC14@Rethink_ The danger to self or others in a criminal way would warrant the Forensic part, but like you say, limited support for a limited time. Iโm in complete agreement with you there.
Mental illnesses donโt need police to control situations, more specialist help is needed from health services in the forms of prevention and intervention tactics, treating and maintaining manageable levels. Police only required in a forensic mental health setting.
