Nikki Boon, who competed for @EmoryXCTF this past academic year, won the women's world decathlon title this past weekend at the SPIRE Institute. Boon amassed 7451 points across the ten events in Geneva, Ohio.

After consecutive national runner-up performances, Nikki Boon finally stands atop the podium.

And it took a D3 Pentathlon record to do it. She becomes the first D3 Woman to go over 4000 points.
