We're committed to improving the lives of workers.
The implementation of the Tipping Act will ensure workers receive the tips they have earned & the Code of Practice means tips will be fairly distributed.
The government will go further to introduce stronger rules in the future.
We have launched a consultation on an update to our technical guidance on sexual harassment in the workplace. The updates will reflect new responsibilities in the Worker Protection Act which come into effect on 26 October.
