@probepolitely@InFROPHell @notsospecialist Cringe, if you don’t ApplePay with your watch.🤪 I‘ve sold so many watches since the start of the pandemic, just for using ApplePay with a mask on.
I‘m always beating the same drum, but our union worked out, that no one can be rescheduled without explicit permission from the employee. They get every schedule about eight weeks in advance and have to approve every change that happens afterwards.
@fruitharvester The only correct answer is SIM tray removal tool. I’ve actually trained my GR to use this exact wording because it’s so hilarious, especially when English isn’t your primary language.
I cannot accept 10.4 getting voted out against fucking 10.5. #CountEveryVote.
The 10.4 wallpaper was and still is the best representation of the Aqua era of Mac OS X.

From time to time I read stories like this, but I‘ve never encountered something like this personally or in my friend group. Maybe I’m lucky, but saying „it’s evident they are being used for more bad than good“ seems over the top to me. I’m glad though she’s safe now.
An apple AirTag was put on me to track my location Saturday night. I’m sharing what happened to me so you know what to look for as I had never heard of this prior to Saturday night.
What always boggles my mind is the „tip your server, compliments do not pay the bills“ part. Isn’t that why they work there in the first place? I don’t get what’s the deal with tipping. Why shouldn’t you be able to live from the money you make at the job?
A little place I like to visit when I go to Maine just posted this. It's pretty sad that such a post needs to be made. Customers do NOT know how to act like mature adults to solve a problem & think verbally abusing kids is okay.
That shit is why places are short-staffed.
@InFROPHell@probepolitely @enrichinglivez @incelReplies I love shutting those bros down. Just give them a look from top to bottom, saying something like „mhm, k“ and asking her the same question again.
@FlaggedForDepot I love to see which tools people use to create things. I also am a sucker for desks and workspaces. I find it both inspiring and you learn a lot about the person working in that particular space.
Quoting this. You can’t win against a multi-billion dollar company when fighting alone. But you can, when you’re with your coworkers. I was on CEs, got promoted, got pay raises; all while my store was unionized. Don’t let your employer discouraged you.
For those of you thinking about unionizing: It was one of the best things that happened* to our store. Better pay, better shifts and better vacation planing. Nearly zero downsides.
*It was a long journey against many pushbacks. But the result is great.
Nearly everyone who’s running our union got a promotion within the last few years. Not to shut them down or something, but because they are showing they care about others and are willing to do extra work and to take care of things other than themselves.
