@lyft To add gravy on top, @lyft deleted my account history. All of a sudden I had to login again to the app and 10 years of ride history and all m personal information is gone. Bye bye @lyft 👋👋

Got scammed twice in the past week by @lyft when I ordered a ride & waited outside & no car arrives & then all of a sudden the app says that I am in the car heading to my destination, when clearly I am not. And @lyft denies my dispute, saying the app shows the ride was completed

I attempted to call the driver through the app to see what's up, and they didn't pick up. @lyft you can see that. Why would I be calling the driver if I was in the car??
