@SkyHelpTeam I was told i would have to wait while the manager Matt dealt with it. When i asked how long the agent couldn't give me answer.

@OpenreachHelp why don't you ever turn up for appointments? My broadband was supposed to have been activated on nov 26th 2021. You've missed about 10 appointments according to sky connect due to systen failure with your booking system.

@SkyHelpTeam When i call them I'm told the line is breaking up and they can't hear me eventualky I'm put on hold for 15 minutes and then told i need to speak to the account manager who isn't currently available. I have got time to waste like this.

@SkyHelpTeam They were supposed to call me last night. I've emailed them this morning. It must be getting on for 10 failed appointments now. Does it sound to you like they know what they're doing?

@SkyHelpTeam That's who i've been dealing with for the last 55 days. They say an appointment with openreach is booked and when i call to see what happened they say they didn't turn up, or it was cancelled or it wasn't booked in properly and they'll book it in for next week.Then it's repeated
