Architectural design is not guesswork; it is professional intellectual work, and it deserves respect and proper compensation.
Nigerian clients and the construction industry need to work on this sincerely.
It is high time clients and contractors stopped treating architects as if they are not educated professionals.
I can only imagine a client telling an architect: “Can you help me sketch a plan and provide a 3D design first? Let me see how it will look before I pay.”
? Of course not.
Once an architect submits a portfolio showing previous works and competence, that should already establish credibility and professionalism.
So why should an architect be expected to produce concepts, sketches, and designs for free before payment?

“Whatsoever you can’t do in the name of Jesus as a real Christian, don’t do it.

- In a way that reflects His nature
Check the coment for full detail.
“Lord Jesus, bless this bitterness and hatred”
- In Speech
If you cannot say:
“In the name of Jesus, let me gossip”
“In the name of Jesus, let me insult”
- In Private Life
If Jesus cannot sit with you while you:
Watch it
Click it
Think it
Hide it
Can Jesus be honored through this?
Let's take for an example
- In Business / Work
If you cannot say:
“In the name of Jesus, I inflate this price”
“In the name of Jesus, I deceive this client”
- In Relationships
If you cannot pray:
“Lord Jesus, bless this immoral relationship
habit cannot honestly carry the name of Jesus, it means it doesn’t align with who He is.
“And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus…” (Colossians 3:17)
- Reflection
Today, pause before actions and ask:
Can I pray before this?
Can I thank God
