@bkingemployee I saw this one guy cleaning the sweet tea thing in an inefficient way and told him how to do it so it can be faster and he goes, "Calm down I know how to do this, how long have you worked here for?" I go "a year and a half" and he says "Ok nevermind". 👏👏👏👏

How petty can you be? Even the managers knew something was up because I'm never the loud type and if I really was loud the guy on break would've heard me. I hope that lady has an experience like that where someone lies about her to get what they want.

Had a #dearcustomer ask if they could add something else right after I handed her the receipt and her card.
Don't know if in other McDonald's it's different but at mine the managers don't let people add anything AT ALL after they've been charged or if there is other cars.

Later after the rush ended, one of my friends comes to the back and tells me something that surprised me.
"That lady with the x said that you were yelling at her to go to the next window."
Me: "What?"
F: "Yeah she said 'She yelled at me saying go to the next window loudly"

When a customer in drive thru orders immediately orders, knows all the options w/o me having to ask what size or drink, and pulls up and pays quickly-I get a little bit of happiness in my heart ☺️ like thank you for knowing how this works
