Halonen answer: We are investing a lot of schools etc. Microsoft you can rent a meeting room, getting free software looking for networks, ideas are open for everyone.

Dahlqvist says they use social media for marketing but the word of mouth has a big effect too. If the employees tell they work for the company with smile in their face that's also great way promote company image.
