In a historic decision, the DC Circuit Court agreed with us that the enormous increase in dirty gas supply from the Williams Transco REAE pipeline expansion through NJ is simply not needed, failed to adequately assess climate impacts and undermines New Jersey’s climate policies.

Last week, @GovMurphy's administration approved the inadequate, unjust, and deceptive environmental justice review for the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC) gas plant proposed in Newark at the agency’s massive wastewater treatment facility! We need you to take action!

On Thurs the Murphy administration made the appalling decision to issue a critical permit for a NEW GAS PLANT in Newark’s Ironbound. This would be the 4th gas plant in a city suffering from some of the worst air pollution in the country from decades of environmental injustice!
