@Delta Currently on flight 611 & want to share 2 things:
1. Minor, but there was no priority lane at boarding.
2. The first class FA answered a call button of someone sitting across the aisle from me & told him not to use his call button because "other pax paid for their fares."
Literally a hospitality property is lacking basic supplies during what I understand to be one of the busiest weekends of the year? And not at a low tier property but an Andaz no less. Appalling.
@Hyatt I'm currently staying at the Andaz Savannah and I am absolutely embarrassed for this property with the experience. Once I got in the shower I noticed there was no body wash/shampoo/conditioner. When I called the FD they told me they weren't stocking them and I could...
@Hyatt ...could come down and grab them. I'm sorry, what?? I asked him to deliver them and when he came up he only had bar soap and conditioner. He said it was the last bar soap and they're out of body wash and shampoo.
