@TelOneZW 26 April Wi-Fi stopped working thought it had expired. 27th-paid for a new package but didn’t work. 28th- took the router to telone in Norton they said that it had not yet expired and they’d send someone to rectify. 29th- no one came. 30- no one came. Poor service

@TelOneZW Today I paid again because no extension had been made but it’s not working and I am having to buy data after parting with ove 18000 for this WIFi please do something. We might actually have to take this up with your headquarters.

@TelOneZW For 2 weeks after payment, my Wi-Fi wasn’t working. A report was made but it took a while because we were “on the list”. After the Wi-Fi was fixed, it was just slow. We’d switch it off and opt to use data. We are hoping we can get an extension. And better service.
