@excitel_rocks Internet speed has been terribly slow for the past couple of months. Streaming always lags, and despite multiple complaints, nothing has been fixed. It worked fine earlier, but now it's frustrating. Please resolve this ASAP or I’ll have to switch providers.

I raised a return request for a mobile cover due to poor fit. Pickup was scheduled twice but marked as "failed" without any attempt. This delay was from your end, and now you're denying return saying the 7-day window is over. Totally unfair.
