@RoyalMail purchased an item on EBay. Still not arrived. Raised complaint with seller who looked at the tracking on RM website - which says ‘refused, returned to seller’. This item has never been attempted to be delivered. I have not refused a delivery. What happens now?

Really disappointed with @asda @AsdaServiceTeam. I have lodged a complaint regarding an incident then occurred whilst I was heavily pregnant. It’s been 5 weeks since I complained and I am still yet to get a proper response from them regarding the incident.

@AsdaServiceTeam I had sent DM on Twitter over a week ago now. I am awaiting a response and so far have not had one. Could this be looked at please? I think this is a very serious complaint that needs to urgently be looked into.
