Islanders have until 8pm on Wednesday evening to cast their vote 🗳

The four polling stations for the by-election are:

• Beau Sejour (main polling station)
• St Martin’s Parish Hall
• Castel Douzaine Room
• Vale Douzaine Room

Tomorrow (Wednesday 29th April) is polling day. Castel Douzaine Hall is one of the 4 super polling stations (anyone on the electoral roll can vote at any one of the polling stations). Each polling station will be open from 8am - 8pm so please pop by to cast your vote.

If you are bringing a postal vote, please ensure you have all of the paperwork with you (the voting slip, the declaration and the 2 envelopes). Those that have registered for a postal vote, cannot be issued with a voting slip at the polling station, you have to use the document sent to you. But this can be handed to the polling station officer at the polling station.

Candidates can deliver their written nominations to the Royal Court in person between 23 March at 9:00am and 25 March at 4:30pm.

@AltoAngel I did a Fire Marshal course last week with the amazing Fire and Rescue service. Extinguishers are located strategically around a building to provide best coverage in the event of a fire, if they are moved from base locations and used for other purposes, it could be disastrous.
