Fun fact:

Did you know that fully qualified F1 doctors in Plymouth hospitals (after completing a solid 5–6 years at medical school) are forced to:

work as receptionists in the Obs and Gynae department and call patients to inform them that they have been booked for a Caesarean section on a said date, and discuss alternative dates?

They also maintain this list and receive calls from patients.

The nurses there feel that this is not their job.

According to ridiculous NHS rules Psychiatrists with 13 years of training can’t diagnose ADHD.

But anyone who does a 4 week (120 hour) course and reads through a tick sheet can.

They charge £500 an hour, instead of the £35 it would cost the NHS.
