Representatives from the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), Singapore, BharatNetra Startup Incubator, and 35 promising startup founders from across India visited STPI Bhubaneswar and virtually witnessed the “STPI Tech Summit 2026: India’s Next Leap” organized on the occasion of STPI's 35th Foundation Day.

The summit served as a platform to reflect on STPI's remarkable journey and contributions to India's IT/ITES sector while deliberating on the country's next leap in emerging technologies, innovation, entrepreneurship, and the digital economy.

During their visit, the delegates toured STPI's CoE, EP-Bhubaneswar, advanced lab facilities, incubation ecosystem, and state-of-the-art infrastructure. They also witnessed the evolution of communication technologies and digital infrastructure that have played a pivotal role in data communication in early years.

The interaction provided valuable insights into STPI's efforts in fostering innovation-led entrepreneurship, supporting technology startups, and building a robust ecosystem for the next generation of digital enterprises.

SANKALP2.0 at Jeypore, Koraput, Odisha witnessed insightful discussions and strong industry-academia collaboration aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Southern Odisha.

The inaugural session was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Narasingha Charan Panda, Vice Chancellor, Central University of Odisha; Prof. Hrushikesh Senapaty, Vice Chancellor, Vikram Dev University; Sh. Amarendra Kumar Mishra, Executive Director, NALCO, Damanjodi; and Sh. Ayaskanta Mohanty, President, TiE Bhubaneswar, who shared valuable insights on innovation, industry collaboration, and entrepreneurship.

Key highlights included real-world industry problem statements by NALCO and Koraput Coffee, expert masterclasses, panel discussions on AI and emerging technologies, investor interactions, mentorship sessions, and networking opportunities for startups and aspiring entrepreneurs.
