@Dell have offered me 10% off my next order. What an absolute joke. This wouldn't even be necessary if my original order had arrived, and hadn't been cancelled on it's arrival date, by the Dell team, without asking me.
I wonder if I ditch the idea of buying a @Dell laptop (and never buy from them again) and try @HP instead? Wanted an XPS15 specific spec. Feedback welcome.
@DellCares I have spoken to 5 different people from your team, wasting hours-and they were unable to help me. I'll send you my order no. but unless you can miraculously deliver the laptop I ordered over a month ago I don't have more time to waste discussing this with your customer care team

Ordered a laptop 21/03, supposed to arrive 07/04 - delayed to 26/04, received an email 26/04 saying my order had been CANCELLED.
Laptop needed for work purposes - total nightmare!
