We do not aimlessly worship any unknown god that may exist somewhere out there...
So, believer and disciple of Jesus Christ... keep the faith, stand your ground and keep worshipping God.
We also gather on Sundays to worship God because on that day, being the first day of the week, the Son of God rose from the dead having defeated death, hell and the grave. We worship what we know, the risen Savior, our Redeemer and the Son of God!
That is not who we are or what we are about at all, but we worship the Son God and not the sun god. Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and Him alone we worship as the Son of God and we do not worship the SUN!
People that do not have full apprehension of our faith, make a mistake and a gravest of errors of thinking that we gather to worship our God on Sundays because we "worship the the sun god or the sun goddess."
Let us therefore boldly approach the throne of grace and enter into the heavenly sanctuary, loudly proclaiming, declaring and shout that Jesus is not dead nor is He in the grave but HE IS ALIVE, for He rose on the third day!
The most interesting and most inspiring thing, throughout that episode of death, burial and the resurrection of our Lord, is that the same Holy Spirit who raised Him (Jesus Christ) from the dead, is the same Holy Spirit who lives in us and works in us from day to day unendingly.
In that death, Jesus Christ defeated death, hell and the grave and, made a public spectacle of all the rulers, powers and principalities of the kingdom of darkness.
In His death, though it may have looked as a defeat when it happened, turned out to be an eternal and a grave mistake that the enemies of our souls may have made.
However, since God always knows the ending from the beginning, He knew that His Son, Jesus, would be raised again back to life by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our faithful, loving and all knowing God sent His son to the earth knowing beforehand and very well that He would be rejected by the world and be made to suffer the most gruesome death imaginable at the time.
Exodus 12:13 NKJV
[13] Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.

Whilst we see the destruction to our enemies with our own eyes, none of it shall come upon us as long as we remain under the covering of the blood of Jesus...
As we celebrate Passover, be reminded that whilst destruction comes upon our enemies and our adversaries, the blood of Jesus [that covers and protects us] shall protect us and no destruction will come upon us and our loved ones.
How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins.
Jesus Christ is the only anointed Lord and Saviour and, apart from Him there is no other..... He has no contender and He has no equal. He alone is exalted far above all else.
[13] He never changes. No one can oppose him or stop him from doing what he wants to do. [14] He will fulfill what he has planned for me; that plan is just one of the many he has; [15] I tremble with fear before him.

Job 23:10-15 GNT
[10] Yet God knows every step I take; if he tests me, he will find me pure. [11] I follow faithfully the road he chooses, and never wander to either side. [12] I always do what God commands; I follow his will, not my own desires.
Job 14:15-17
[15] Then you will call, and I will answer, and you will be pleased with me, your creature. [16] Then you will watch every step I take, but you will not keep track of my sins. [17] You will forgive them and put them away; you will wipe out all the wrongs I have done
Job 5:8-9 NKJV
[8] “But as for me, I would seek God, And to God I would commit my cause— [9] Who does great things, and unsearchable, Marvelous things without number.

"And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him." Hebrews 11:6
