I want people to understand that clothes have never stopped a pedophile. A child’s clothing is not a determinant of whether someone chooses to harm them. Predatory behavior is about the actions and choices of the perpetrator. Pedophilic attraction is directed toward prepubescent children, meaning children who have not gone through puberty. It is not caused by clothing, behavior, or anything a child does.
