Order of 16 April:
Part 1 delivered correctly
Part 2 delivered Yemlur -different address
Multiple escalations but refund denied using standard policy response but no investigating of delivery mismatch.

Matter was already escalated over email multiple times. Order (part2) was delivered to a different location (Yemalur) instead of my address, yet refund was denied.
Requesting a proper investigation and quick resolution .
